The London Borough of Redbridge (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. 4) Order 1998 Junction of Barley Lane and Heathfield Park Drive Introduction of Waiting Restrictions

Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis made the above-mentioned Order on 6th February 1998, under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984.   The general effect of the Order will be to further amend the Redbridge (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1993 by introducing 8 a.m.-12 midnight Monday to Sunday waiting restrictions at the junction of Barley Lane and Heathfield Park Drive so to improve visibility at the junction.   Copies of the Order, together with the Redbridge (Waiting & Loading Restriction) Order 1993, and the Orders that have amended that Order, a plan and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal office hours, Mondays to Fridays, inclusive at the Information Centre, Town Hall, High Road, Ilford, Essex, until 2nd May 1998.   Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
