The Barnet (Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools) (1996, No. 1) (Amendment No. ) Traffic Order 199

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985, and all other enabling powers.
  The general nature and effect of the Order will be to introduce new or amend existing prohibition of stopping on the School Keep Clear markings outside certain schools in the Borough during the hours specified in the Schedules 1 to 11 to this notice and to revoke the prohibition of stopping on the School Keep Clear markings outside the schools specified in the Schedules 12 and 13 to this notice.
  A copy of the original and proposed Orders, plans of the relevant areas and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the expiration of a period of 21days from the date on which this notice is published at:

  (a) Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ.
  (b) The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG.

  Any person desiring to object and/or make other representations relating to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environmental Services (Traffic Section), London Borough of Barnet, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ, within the aforementioned period of 21 days.
