At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Finchfield Old Coach Lane, Brocton, Stafford ST17 0TU, on 6th February 1998, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that D. J. Milburn, of KPMG, Festival Way, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST1 5TA, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.” C. Potts, Chairman
