The A6120 Trunk Road (Ring Road, Junction with Ringwood Drive, Seacroft) (Prohibition of Traffic) Order

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he proposes to make an Order under sections 1(1) and 2(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the A6120 Leeds Outer Ring Road, in the District of Leeds.   The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any vehicle from entering or leaving the Trunk Road at its junction with Ringwood Drive, Seacroft. This Order is necessary to make the junction safer.   A copy of the proposed draft Order, a plan illustrating the proposal and a statement explaining the Secretary of State’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during office hours at the offices of Leeds City Council, Legal Services, Civic Hall, Leeds LS1 1UR, or Leeds City Council, Highways and Transportation, 19 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4RR, or may be seen at or obtained by application to the Office of the Director, The Highways Agency, 9th Floor West, City House, New Station Street, Leeds LS1 4UR.   Any person wishing to object to the Secretary of State’s proposal to make the Order should send a written statement of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Highways Agency at the address given above (quoting Ref. YHNMDN4720/41/7/5).
