The London Gazette of 16th February 1998, contained an advertisement of the Petition to wind-up Demandkey Limited, to be heard on 4th March 1998. The Petitioning Creditor, the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, acknowledge that the advertisement should not have been published. The Petition will be withdrawn at the hearing on 4th March 1998.
