At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Company, duly convened, and held at 56 Baker Street, Weybridge, Surrey, on 14th January 1998, the following Resolutions were duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tony James Thompson of Piper Thompson, Mulberry House, 53 Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DJ, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” M.
