Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of The Lawrence Woolfson Partnership, 1 Bentinck Street, London W1M 5RN, on Friday, 20th March 1998, at 10 a.m., to be followed at 10.15 a.m. by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the Meetings must be lodged with the Liquidator, Harvey Neil Lawrence, of The Lawrence Woolfson Partnership, 1 Bentinck Street, London W1M 5RN, by not later than 12 noon on the preceding business day.
