At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Thornton House, 14 Parkstone Road, Poole, Dorset, on 11th February 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Martin Freeman, of Griffins, 33 St. Georges Drive, London SW1V 4DG, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” G.
