I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 23rd January 1998 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, I, BEN ZAVEN CRANE, of 17 Jenner Drive, West End, Woking, Surrey, formerly known as Ben Zaven Smith, single, a British citizen by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, renounced, relinquished and abandoned the name of Ban Zaven Smith and assumed the name of Ben Zaven Crane. 26th January 1998.
