Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 3rd December 1997 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 27th January 1998, John Norman Forster Newall and Audrey Jean Hughes Newall, both of 20 Brunswick Gardens, London W8 4AJ, as parents on behalf of TUTTE NERINA DORABELLA HUGHES NEWALL, a child, single, and a British citizen by virtue of section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the use of Nerina as her first name and assumed in lieu thereof the name Tutte as her first name in addition to the forenames Nerina Dorabella Hughes.
