Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 25th January 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 2nd February 1998, RICHARD SCARLETT-MARSHALL, of 3 Northbridge Cottages, Chiddingfold, Surrey GU5 4UT, single, and a British citizen by virtue of section 11(1) British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Marshall and assumed the surname of Scarlett-Marshall. 27th January 1998.
