At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Companies, duly convened, and held at Nations House, 103 Wigmore Street, London W1H 9AB, on the aforementioned respective dates, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:   “That the Companies be wound up voluntarily, and that Ladislav Hornan, of Hacker Young and Partners, St. Alphage House, 2 Fore Street, London EC2Y 5DH, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Companies for the purposes of such winding-up.” C.
