Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of Members and a Meeting of Creditors of the above Company will be held at the offices of Royce Peeling Green, Hilton Chambers, 15 Hilton Street, Manchester M1 1JL, on 16th March 1998, at 11.15 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be lodged at the offices of Royce Peeling Green, Hilton Chambers, 15 Hilton Street, Manchester M1 1JL, by not later than 12 noon on 13th March 1998. C. M.
