At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Quality George Hotel, George Street, Nottingham, on 10th February 1998, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed:   “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that this Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is desirable that the same should be wound up; and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that Tyrone S. Courtman and Michael R. Ellingworth, of 56 High Pavement, Nottingham NG1 1HX, be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.” K.
