Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above Company is to be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor, 1 Winckley Court, Chapel Street, Preston PR1 8BU, on 23rd March 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings during the conduct of the winding-up, hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and to confirm that the Liquidator may resign his position. A Member entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
