COLIBRI LIGHTERS LIMITED(t/a Colibri of London)Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Orion Hotel, 94-99 High Holborn, London WC1V 6LF, on 2nd March 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Creditors should lodge particulars of their claims for voting purposes at Ernst & Young, Becket House, 1 Lambeth Palace Road, London SE1 7EU, before the Meeting. Secured Creditors (unless they surrender their security) should also include a statement giving details of their security, the date on which it was given and the value at which it is assessed.
