Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of KPMG, Festival Way, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST1 5TA, on 25th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes of receiving a report of the Liquidator of the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidator should have release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
