The Brough of Watford (Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that the Watford Borough Council, acting as agents for the Hertfordshire County Council, proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 1, 2, 4, 32 and 35 and Part II and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order would be to prohibit stopping inside school keep clear areas outside the majority of schools in the borough.
  Details of the proposals are set out in the draft Order, which together with the relevant map and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined during normal office hours at the One Stop Shop, Town Hall, Watford. Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in writing to be received by me at the address below by Friday, 20th March 1998.
