Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Arthur Andersen, Bank House, 9 Charlotte Street, Manchester M1 4EU, on Tuesday, 31st March 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, and sanction for the Liquidator to cease to act. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies for use at the Meeting must be lodged at Arthur Andersen, Bank House, 9 Charlotte Street, Manchester M1 4EU, not later than 4 p.m. on the business day preceding the Meeting. J. J.
