The Newham (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.  ) Order 199 Forest Lane, London E.15

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Newham propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991.   The general effect of the Order would be to replace the existing restrictions on waiting by vehicles with new restrictions on waiting by vehicles (including waiting for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading the vehicle) (double yellow lines and no loading) at any time in Forest Lane, on both sides, between No. 58 Forest Lane and the eastern kerb-line of Globe Road.   Copies of the proposed Order, and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected until 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or until the proposal is withdrawn, whichever is appropriate, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the office of the Director of Environment, 25 Nelson Street, East Ham, London E6 4EH.   Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Environment Department on 0181-472 1430, extension 22369.   All objections and other representations relating to the Order must be made in writing to the Director of Environment at the address shown above quoting Ref.
