Proposed Revocation of a Pedestrianisation Order at Northwich, Cheshire

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that the Order proposed to be made under section 249(b) of the above Act to partially revoke the Order entitled The Extinguishment of Vehicular Rights (Borough of Vale Royal) (No. 1) Order 1988” which would have restored vehicular rights to a length of Tabley Street, Northwich, referred to in the notice published on 5th March 1997, will not be made the application having been withdrawn.
