Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final General Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BBK, 311 Ballards Lane, Finchley, London N.12, on Monday, 6th April 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
