Notice of application for consent for the purpose of section 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Ward Bros. Mining Ltd. for consent to discharge a maximum daily volume of 2,074 cubic metres of treated trade effluent to an un-named tributary of Nant Hir at National Grid Reference SN 82730 07665 from Area 2, Nant Hir Colliery Extension, Seven Sisters, Onllwyn, Neath.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Rivers House, St. Mellons Business Park, St. Mellons, Cardiff CF3 OLT not later than 16th April 1998 quoting Ref. RT/WQ/ RCEU/PG/BP0270401.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at The Environment Agency, Glan Tawe, 154 St. Helens Road, Swansea SA1 4DF. T.
