Notice is hereby given that on 2nd March 1998 3i Holdings plc assigned its interest in 3i Europe Investment Partners No. 2, a Limited Partnership registered under the Limited Partnership Act 1907, registered number LP4490, to 3i Group plc, thereby ceasing to be a limited partner in that limited partnership and that 3i Group plc was admitted as a limited partner in 3i Europe Investment Partners No. 2.
