The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 2426 of The London Gazette dated 2nd March 1998 In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 00722 of 1998In the Matter of ANUGRAHA HOTELS LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986A Petition to restore the name to the Register of Companies and to wind up the above-named Company of Wick Lane, Englefield Green, Egham, Surrey TW20 0XN, presented on 9th February 1998 by Mr. Andreas Zys and Mrs. Susannah Zys, of Heath End House, Checkendon, near Reading, Berkshire RG8 0UR, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 18th March 1998, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).   Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 17th March 1998.
