Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at 20 Star Hill, Rochester, Kent ME1 1UU, on Monday, 30th March 1998, at 12 noon, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the subjoined Resolution as a Special Resolution:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Kenneth Anthony Cook, of 18 Star Hill, Rochester, Kent ME1 1UU, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”   A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
