Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at 31 Gate Lane, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B73 5TR, on Monday, 6th April 1998, at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. Liquidator 2nd March 1998.
