At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Grant Thornton, Ashdown House, 125 High Street, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1DQ, on 27th February 1998, at 11 a.m., the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Bruce Alexander Mackay, of Grant Thornton, Ashdown House, 125 High Street, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1DQ, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” D.
