Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at Martin House, 26-30 Old Church Street, Chelsea, London SW3 5BY, on 7th April 1998, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account of the winding-up, showing the manner in which it has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. and to approve the receipts and payment, and that the actions and remuneration of the Liquidator be agreed, and to approve the Liquidators release. A Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him/her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. D. MacDonald R.
