At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Yorkshire House, Greek Street, Leeds LS1 5ST, on 4th March 1998, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Richard John Brown, of John Gordon Walton & Co., Yorkshire House, Greek Street, Leeds LS1 5ST, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” R.
