We were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 27th October 1993, following a winding-up Order being granted by the High Court of Justice on 24th August 1993.   We intend to pay a First and Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors. If you wish to claim in the Liquidation and have not already done so, please submit your claim with supporting documentation to V. M. Bairstow and N. H. Cooper, Joint Liquidators, Robson Rhodes, 186 City Road, London EC1V 2NU, or those Creditors who have not claimed may be excluded from any distribution.
