LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET
The Barnet (Bus Stop Clearway) (No. 1) Traffic Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made, on 11th March 1998, the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 7(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and all other enabling powers.   The general effect of the Order will be as advertised in The London Gazette, dated 27th November 1997, Issue No. 54961, Ref. No. 512 with the exclusion of the bus stops in the Appendices to this notice which have received objections.   A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on Monday, 23rd March 1998, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays excepted) inclusive until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published at Traffic Section, Room 1006, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ, or The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG.   Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provision on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulation made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purposes to the High Court. Station Road, Edgware, the north-west side:   (a) between Edgware Road and Garden City   (b) between Garden City and Manor Park Crescent   (c) between opposite Approach Road and Edgwarebury Lane Station Road, Edgware, the south-east side:   (a) between Approach Road and Broadwalk Access Road   (b) between Broadwalk Access Road and Edgware Road Finchley Road N.W.2/N.W.11, the east side:   (f) North End Road and St. Albans Lane   (i) between a point opposite Llanvanor Road and West Heath Road Finchley Road N.W.2/N.W.11, the west side:  (c) between Rodborough Road and Golders Green Road High Road N.2, the north-east side:   (b) between Lincoln Road and Fortis Green Station Road, New Barnet, the north and north-east sides:   (a) between Warwick Road and Plantagenet Road Church Hill Road, East Barnet, the north-east side:   (a) between Cat Hill and Little Grove
