South Lakeland District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 1993

Notice of Variation

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with the provisions of section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the South Lakeland District Council intends to vary the charges in the South Lakeland District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 1993, as amended by the South Lakeland District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Amendment No. 1) Order 1994, the South Lakeland District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Amendment No. 1) Order 1995, the South Lakeland District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1995 and the South Lakeland District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1995, as varied by the Notice of Variation of car park charges which came into effect on 28th March 1994, 15th August 1994, 1st November 1994, 1st April 1995, 30th October 1995, 1st April 1996, 13th January 1997 and 18th April 1997.   The revised charges are shown in the Schedule attached to this notice and come into effect on 1st April 1998.
