Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of Members and Creditors of K-9 Security (Bournemouth) Limited, will be held at Old Library Chambers, 21 Chipper Lane, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP1 1BG, on 2nd April 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive a report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meetings may be lodged with the Liquidator at the above address no later than 12 noon on the business day before the Meeting. Liquidator 2nd March 1998.
