The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 2795 of The London Gazette dated 10th March 1998, which referred to Auto Search Ltd in errorIn the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Leeds District Registry. No. 666 of 1998In the Matter of WESTMINSTER AUTO SEARCH LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 33 Armstrong Road, Manor Trading Estate, Benfleet, Essex SS7 4PW, presented on 26th January 1998 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, Colchester VAT Office, Northgate House, St. Peters Street, Colchester, Essex CO1 1HT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds 1, on 24th March 1998, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 23rd March 1998.
