MAIDMENT JUDD INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONERS

Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Vincent Sidney Judd, Robert Frederick Kendall and Anthony David Kent, carrying on the business as Insolvency Practitioners under the style or firm name of MAIDMENT JUDD INSOLVENCY PRACTITIONERS, has been dissolved as from 31st January 1998 so far as concerns Vincent Sidney Judd who retires from the said firm. All debts due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Robert Frederick Kendall and Anthony David Kent who will continue to carry on the said business, in Partnership, under the style or firm name of “Maidment Judd Insolvency Practitioners”.
