Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the above-named Companies will be held on Friday, 17th April 1998, at 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. respectively, at KPMG, Aquis Court, 31 Fishpool Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL3 4RF, for receiving accounts showing the manner in which the windings-up have been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of and hearing any explanations which may be given by the Liquidator. That the Liquidator be granted his release. A Member who is entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him.
