TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives
notice that the proposed Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the
stopping-up of areas of highway at Alexandra Court, Ashington, Northumberland, has
been formally withdrawn. The original notification of the draft Order was published
on 25th November 1997, under the Government Office Ref. GO-NE/97/5068/35/06.
