Notice is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Peter Edgar de la Cour de la Billiere, c/o 6 High Street, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, and Simon John Cutter, of Modal Farm, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, carry on business as Farmers at The Modal Farm, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, under the style or firm name of THE GRANGE FARM PARTNERSHIP” has been dissolved as from 28th February 1998, so far as concerns the said Peter Edgar de la Cour de la Billiere who retires from the said firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Simon John Cutter who will carry on the said business.
