The County of Devon (Forder Valley Road/Forder Valley Roundabout, Plymouth) (De-restriction) Amendment Order 199  )

Notice is hereby given that on 25th March 1998, the Devon County Council made an Order under sections 82, 83 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.   The Order will come into force on 30th March 1998.   The effect of the Order is as described in notice No. 496 which appeared in issue No. 54509 of The London Gazette, published on 29th August 1996.   A copy of the Order and a map showing the roads to which the Order relates may be inspected during normal office hours except between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. at the address given below.
