At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Jacobs House, 64-66 Churchway, London NW1 1LT, on 18th March 1998, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed:   “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.”   At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held at the same place on the same day, the voluntary Liquidation was confirmed by the Creditors and Richard G. Granatt, of 2 Mountview Court, 310 Friern Barnet Lane, Whetstone, London N20 0YZ, was appointed Liquidator for the winding-up. P. Murfitt, Chairman
