Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 13th February 1998 and enrolled in
the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18th February 1998, Amanda
Vivien Perrin, on behalf of Blakke Jason Brown, BLAKKE DAVID PERRIN, 25 Kenley Gardens,
Hornchurch, Essex RM12 6PD, a Minor and a British citizen by virtue of the British
Nationality Act 1981 section 1(1), abandoned the name of Blakke Jason Brown and assumed
in lieu thereof the name of Blakke David Perrin.
