Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 9th February 1998 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18th February 1998, MARTIN STUART BLINSTON of 47 Bridge Street Row, Chester CH1 1NW, single, a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 1(a), formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Sherman, and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Blinston, instead of the surname Sherman, so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Martin Stuart Blinston, exclusively.
