Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 27th February 1998 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 19th March 1998, and signed as a deed and delivered by me, Michael Maxtone-Smith, for myself and my wife, Ysenda May Maxtone-Smith (formerly and prior to her marriage to me, Ysenda May Maxtone Graham) and indorsed with the consent of Ysenda May Maxtone-Smith (formerly and prior to her marriage to me, Ysenda May Maxtone Graham) I, MICHAEL JAMES MAXTONE-SMITH, of 1 Avalon Road, London SW6 2EX, married and a British Citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 37(1) formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Smith and have assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Maxtone-Smith instead of the surname Smith, so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Michael James Maxtone-Smith exclusively. 27th February 1998.
