CARFORD ELECTRO-DIESELS LIMITED

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Bridge Industrial Estate, Wharf Road, Torvil, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6RR, on Friday, 3rd April 1998, the following Resolutions were proposed and duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Peter Roderick Frowde, of McCabe Ford Williams, Bank Chambers, 1 Central Avenue, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 4AE, be and he is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” C.
