Notice of application for consent for the purposes of section 88

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Schedule 10 of the above Act, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Goldfinch Project Ltd for consent to discharge up to 4 cubic metres per day of treated sewage effluent to a tributary of the Soulton Brook, at National Grid Reference SJ 5243 3422, from a plot of Development Land, Post Office Lane, Whixhall Green, North Shropshire.   Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Area Consents Officer at the Agency’s offices at Hafren House, Welshpool Road, Shelton, Shrewsbury SY3 8BB, during the period 8th April 1998 to 20th May 1998, quoting Ref. CP/US/90710.   A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours at the Agency’s offices at the above address and at Olton Court, 10 Warwick Road, Olton, Solihull, West Midlands B92 7HX.
