CAPITOLINE U.K. LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Kaltonis, 9 White Lion Street, London W.1, on Tuesday, 28th April 1998, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having a full statement of the position of the Company’s affairs, together with a list of the Creditors of the Company and the estimated amount of their claims, laid before them, and for the purpose, if thought fit, of nominating a Liquidator and of appointing a Liquidation Committee. Geoffrey Michael Weisgard, of Mitchell Charlesworth, is a person qualified to act as an Insolvency Pratitioner in relation to the Company who will, during the period before the day of the Meeting, furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require. Notice is also given that for the purposes of voting, a secured Creditor must (unless he surrenders his security) lodge at the registered office of the Company at Fountain Court, 68 Fountain Street, Manchester M2 2FB, before the Meeting, a statement giving particulars of his security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed. Notice is further given that a list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at Fountain Court, 68 Fountain Street, Manchester M2 2FB, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on the two business days preceding the date of the Meeting stated above.     By Order of the Board.
