Notice of application to vary a licence to abstract water

Take notice that Jonathan and Linda Denise Boor, of Green Bank Farm, Thorney Road, Crowland, are applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 5/32/11/S/112 which authorises the abstraction of water from Green Bank Drain and various field drains between National Grid References TF 247092-TF 252087, TF 245086-TF 250083, TF 250083-TF 253086 and TF 256082 at Green Bank Drain, Crowland. The variation being applied for is the addition of fields OS 3028, 8300, 0005, 2797, 2231 and 3029 and further abstraction points between TF 246080 and TF 249082.
  A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Green Bank Farm, Thorney Road, Crowland, between 14th April 1998 and 14th May 1998.
  Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Waterside House, Waterside North, Lincoln LN2 5HA, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
