At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Kaiser Estate, Phase 3, 10/F, 11 Hok Yuen Street, Hunghom, Kin, Hong Kong, on 20th March 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that P. S. Dunn and M. P. Riley, of Horwarth Clark Whitehill & Co., Sherlock House, 7 Kenrick Place, London W1H 3FF, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of winding-up the Company.” J.
