At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Hill House, Highgate Hill, London N19 5UU, on 13th March 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Melvyn Julian Carter and Joan Yvonne Venvil, be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.” P.
